Leah's likes: her dogs, gardening (though that is probably not in the cards this year), travel (on a beach with a cold drink, please!), keeping up with her son's activities. I cook just about every night! I also have a serious sweet tooth, I'm like a kid when it comes to candy! Tina's likes: cooking (eating), good beer, hiking, pitbulls, all things photography We nearly decided on fox + nine and also tossed around west + fox since we are on West Main, but neither of us could get cotton off of our brains so. Along the way, we dropped cotton and decided we loved fox (but not necessarily the animal). We were then on a mission to find something that went with cotton but was, in a way, opposite. We both agreed that we loved what cotton represents- organic, soft, southern. When we were thinking of names for the store, Leah's first suggestion was cotton. She's also got a new GRANDBABY, Kai, born in June 2020.

Leah is a full time Realtor ( and boy mom! She had herTHIRD boy (Baylor, or "Bo") in April 2019. ( She is a mother of two, Sophia (15) and Nash (7). Tina's main job is as a Maternity/Birth/Newborn Photographer ( as well as performing the majority of ultrasounds at Sweet Peek. We both agreed that this was something that was greatly needed in this area and we committed to making this dream come true. Sweet Peek had a very small clothing section and Tina had dreams of expanding it as well. During one of her visits she mentioned that it had been a dream of hers to open a baby boutique in Cartersville. you guessed it! Sweet Peek where we were reunited. In 2018, Leah became pregnant and came to. Leah left dentistry in 2015 to pursue her career as a realtor. In 2017, Tina got out of dentistry and bought an ultrasound studio (Sweet Peek) which now resides right inside of cotton + fox! We briefly worked together at a children's dental office in 2010-2011. We are Leah Harper Bush and Tina Jones, owners of cotton + fox. We are beyond thankful that you chose Gigi and Max to be a part of your most precious moments. We are obsessed with finding the best quality fabrics to create the most adorable trendy options for your babies and toddlers. With our two toddlers at our feet, life is nothing short of pure craziness and organized chaos. This is truly a husband and wife venture, we handle all aspects of the business and day to day operations from our basement in Bettendorf, IA. What started at our dining room table making topknot headbands, has organically grown into the brand we are today!
